Lucky for me, my LeTip group has 6 attorneys with various specialties, and I am building relationships with those attorneys and receiving work from them. However, the main reason I joined LeTip, was to stretch my comfort zone and to grow as a business owner. I’ve been a licensed court reporter for 35-plus years and running a three-office court reporting & deposition business for 24 of those years, but this is my first experience being involved in a “network.” I can honestly say, I feel like I’m just now learning how to really grow my business, thanks to LeTip of Sacramento. Each week I am impressed by my fellow LeTip members. I now have my own network of 30+ go-to people for just about anything I need. They are my resources. As a recent graduate from Sacramento State, it was always a dream for me to attend a networking group and build relationships with business owners in my area. I recently attended a meeting as a guest and was welcomed by every member of the group. It was interesting to see how structured and organized the group is during the meeting.
